We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. That is why we offer a 14-day no-hassle returns policy. Here's how it works:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, simply call our customer services department at the earliest opportunity within 14 days of delivery and explain that you wish to return the product(s). You may also contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds will not be honoured if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless the product is faulty. Returns can only be honoured if the product(s) are returned unused and intact.
If you return the entire amount of the product you will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price of that product. Providing the packaging has remained closed unless you have received a faulty product.
Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used to pay for the purchase. (i.e. if you paid by credit card you will receive a credit card refund. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check.)
Please note that for your safety no returned products are ever restocked or resold after being returned. All returned products are destroyed.
IMPORTANT: You must contact us prior to returning a product. A refund will not be issued without proper return authorization from one of our customer service representatives.
